Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Mister Convenience. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Manage the sales floor, including receiving and processing customer transactions, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments, counting and reconciling inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive and memorable experience.
- Perform other duties as required, including opening and closing the store, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
