Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Mister Convenience. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
