Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Mister Convenience is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock ordering, and visual merchandising.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet business objectives.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales floor staff to improve their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
