Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Human Resources Vice-President to join our team at The Universal Radio Network Inc. This is a key leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in human resources management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement human resources strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Manage and develop a team of human resources professionals to provide support to employees and management.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational change initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on human resources-related matters.
  • Develop and manage budgets for human resources-related initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a human resources leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful human resources strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
