Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a compelling product strategy to advance our platform capabilities and drive business growth.
  • Lead a team of product managers to ensure alignment and effective collaboration across the organization.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to shape technical architecture and design decisions, ensuring the creation of scalable platform capabilities.
  • Set clear objectives and priorities to drive team performance and deliver high-value outcomes.
  • Use metrics and user feedback to guide ongoing innovation and refinement of our platform offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in product management or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team, with a preference for experience leading managers.
  • Experience building products that involve large-scale platforms or ecosystems, with at least 2+ years of experience working with developer-facing products.
  • Experience leading a product management team with responsibility over product strategy.
  • Demonstrated results delivering large-scale enterprise solutions/services, including roadmap development, product launches, and driving innovation.
  • Platform mindset, with an understanding of microservices architecture, REST and gRPC APIs, cloud technologies, and developer platforms.
  • Technical acumen to lead design and architecture discussions with engineering teams, focusing on end-to-end scenarios.
