**Overview Motion Pictures Corporation** is seeking an experienced **Production Director** to oversee the financial, technical, and artistic aspects of our motion picture and television production company.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Establish company objectives for film and television productions completed.

- Manage the plan, scope, and control of various stages of producing a feature film or television production from screenplay development through delivery to distributors.

- Arrange financing for film and television productions.

- Plan and control budgets for film and television productions.

- Manage and coordinate distribution contracts, production loans, and production business affairs.

- Liaise and communicate with entertainment attorneys, entertainment industry banks, and international motion picture distributors.

- Hire and supervise directors, production management, and crew personnel.

**Requirements:**

- University degree or college diploma in performing arts, broadcasting, journalism, business administration, theatre production, or film studies.

- Substantial experience in the motion picture and/or television production industries.

- General, non-coding experience with Artificial Intelligence applications.

- Substantial experience in managing film and television productions from development through delivery.

- Substantial experience in financing film and television productions, including distribution contracts, production loans, and production business affairs.

- Substantial experience in hiring and supervising production management, writing staff, and cast and crew personnel.

- Substantial experience as a motion picture director in interpreting screenplays and directing actors.

**Wage:** $34.70 per hour. **Language of Work:** English. **Benefits Package:** None.
