Job Title: Supervisor, Taxi Drivers and Private Chauffeurs

At Alberta Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our taxi drivers and private chauffeurs, ensuring that our high standards of service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and arrange for training of taxi drivers and private chauffeurs to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our drivers and vehicles are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals of vehicles to ensure that our fleet is always in good working order.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support the operation.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Permanent employment with a regular schedule of 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English is required.
