Job Summary

Majha Wala Transportation Inc. is seeking a skilled Transportation Operations Supervisor to oversee the operational logistics of our organization. This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills to prioritize tasks, manage work units, and ensure efficient productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational efficiency
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve organizational goals
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
Work Environment

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent oral communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • 1-6 months of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
