Job Title: Administration Officer

CROSS MILES CARRIER INC. is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office operations, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Office Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Task Management: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Training and Development: Train staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
