We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Express Elevators & Lifts Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.

Requirements:
