Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Be the point of contact for emergency situations, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting areas of success and areas for improvement.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring that all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
- Provincial/Territorial Security Officer Certificate.
Work Environment:
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Work under pressure.
- 35 hours per week.
Language: English.
