Job Summary:

Canna Cabana Waterloo is seeking a Part-Time Shift Leader - Housekeeping to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our store spaces, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Housekeeping and Maintenance: Ensure the store spaces are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, including the sales floor, counters, glass display cabinets, and other areas.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Adherence to Company Policies: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, housekeeping, and store operations.
  • Availability: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements:

  • Cannabis Retail Certification: Must provide a copy of completed Cannabis Retail Certification - CannSell License.
  • Criminal Background Check: Must provide a copy of clean Criminal Background Check prior to start date.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of Retail Experience in sales and customer service required.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Must have knowledge of and passion for cannabis and accessories, excellent written and verbal communication skills, team player mentality, ability to compute basic mathematical problems, attention to detail, and desire to educate customers and the community about the benefits associated with cannabis use without giving medical advice.
