- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of our products, including cannabis flower, oils, and accessories.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other sales team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Adherence to Company Policies: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, store maintenance, and product knowledge.
- Cannabis Retail Certification: Must provide a copy of completed Cannabis Retail Certification - CannSell License.
- Criminal Background Check: Must provide a copy of clean Criminal Background Check prior to start date.
- Retail Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of Retail Experience in sales and customer service required.
- Knowledge of Cannabis: Must have knowledge of and passion for cannabis and accessories.
- Availability: Must be available for shift work according to business needs, Monday to Sunday.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team Player: Team player mentality.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to compute basic mathematical problems.
