About the Role

The Marketing Associate will report to the Aesthetic Marketing Manager and be responsible for managing brand assets and executing marketing initiatives, including events.

This is a temporary full-time contract with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns using HubSpot, Microsoft, and Adobe platforms.
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
  • Manage product materials on SharePoint and customer portals, ensuring timely updates.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Sales Director to execute quarterly marketing plans.
  • Support event planning and logistics for workshops and promotional events.
  • Analyze project performance and provide insights on ROI.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing or Business-related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in Marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and strong decision-making skills.
