The Opportunity:
Shine Talent Group is seeking a Head of Talent to drive growth and success in the Canadian market. We offer a remote work environment, allowing applicants to be based anywhere in Ontario or British Columbia.

About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to lead our Canadian team as the Head of Talent. The successful candidate will oversee a team of 8-12 members, ensuring they meet their collective billing targets. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing team members to achieve individual and collective billing targets
- Leading weekly meetings to analyze billings and strategize for talent
- Acting as the team's first point of contact for conflict resolution
- Working with talent managers to ideate and implement strategy
- Analyzing talent billings and recommending tactics
- Tracking and analyzing the team's proactive pitching efforts
- Ensuring action items assigned to the team are carried out
- Supporting team members in higher-level conflict resolution
- Escalating sensitive conflicts to the Managing Director
- Forming relationships with brands and agencies on behalf of the agency
- Managing 2-3 high-priority social talent
- Ensuring social talent meet their monthly and quarterly targets
- Leading bi-weekly meetings with talent
- Proactive pitching to brands and PR agencies on behalf of talent
- Ideating and leading the team in implementing larger group pitching efforts

- Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented and sales-driven role
- People management experience is an asset
