About the Role

The Sales Specialist is a key member of our boutique team, responsible for delivering exceptional client service, achieving individual sales goals, and building lasting client relationships. This role requires a strong drive for business results, a passion for creativity and fashion, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals by providing best-in-class client service and developing strong relationships with clients.
  • Ensure a welcoming client-focused environment, including offering exceptional service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
  • Develop local and international client books, recruit and develop top clients, and demonstrate strong product expertise.
  • Assist and support after-sales client requests, including engraving and repairs, and act as a referent to provide exceptional client experiences.
  • Participate in inventory management functions, including ordering merchandise, receiving, and shipping, and maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
  • French and English preferred.
  • Strong drive for business results, passion for creativity and fashion, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and stand for extended periods.
