Your Opportunity:

Description:

As a Registered Nurse with Alberta Health Services, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting health and wellness in our communities. In this leadership position, you will utilize your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to provide safe, quality care to patients and their families. You will work collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans, and provide education and support to patients and their families. You will also have the opportunity to participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practices in patient care.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited nursing education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP). If you have not practiced as a Registered Nurse within the last five (5) years, completion of the following free courses is required: CRNA Medication Management - Chapters 1 - 4 and the NextGenU Health Assessment Resources Certification.

Additional Required Qualifications:

ACLS, ENPEP, PALS, TNCC, ENPC. Charge Nurse experience required.
