Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering compassionate patient care to join our team. As a Registered Nurse at Mackenzie & District Hospital and Health Centre, you will be responsible for carrying out functions to meet the objectives of the department of nursing in a manner that complies with the philosophy of the nursing department. Directly responsible to the Health Service Administrator.

Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and families
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, physicians, and other stakeholders

Qualifications
• Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant
• Ability to determine and deal with emergent situations in a flexible and adaptable manner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits
$41.42 - $55.91/hour (As of April 1, 2024)
