We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Mackenzie and District Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to provide high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct patient care and support to patients and families
* Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
* Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant
* Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
