Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Northern Health Authority. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive and autonomous care to patients, including diagnosing diseases, disorders, and conditions, and initiating treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify health trends and patterns
• Develop and implement population-based strategies to improve health outcomes
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide patient-centered care
• Participate in peer review and self-review to evaluate the effectiveness of care
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in the field

Qualifications and Competencies
• Master's degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
• Eligibility for registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
