Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Seneca Building Maintenance Ltd. as an Administrative Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Office Operations: Ensure the smooth flow of information within the team, including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
- Develop Office Procedures: Establish and maintain office routines, protocols, and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Provide Administrative Support: Assist with data compilation, statistics, and other information as required.
- Manage Office Supplies: Order and maintain inventory of office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information about the company.
- Maintain Filing Systems: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Prepare Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring high-quality and error-free output.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain high levels of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks with ease, demonstrating adaptability and a positive attitude.
- Ability to Multitask: Demonstrate the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Possess excellent oral communication skills, ensuring clear and effective communication with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

- Work Term: Permanent position with Seneca Building Maintenance Ltd.
