Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at American Top Rider Freight Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative procedures and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
