High-Level Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented High-Level Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Canada Inc. in an administrative assistant role.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
- This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a high school diploma or equivalent and less than 7 months of experience.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and ordering office supplies.
- They will also be required to greet clients, direct them to the appropriate contact, and maintain inventory levels.
- In addition, they will be responsible for typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- The work term is permanent, and the language of work is English.
- The working hours are 35 hours per week.
What You'll Do:
- Schedule and confirm appointments with senior management and external partners.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant personnel.
- Respond to electronic inquiries from clients and stakeholders.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
- Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents as required.
Working Environment:
- This role is based in an office setting within Canada Inc.
- The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
Salary Range:
The estimated salary range for this role is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
