Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Specialist to join our DevOps squad. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in innovating, developing, and maintaining the availability and reliability of our assets in production.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Investigating and analyzing data anomalies
  • Optimizing data processing and making corrections to our production environments
  • Interpreting and correcting functional analysis files
  • Participating in efforts to automate our work methods and processes
  • Diagnosing problems and solving issues by ensuring the solutions developed are permanent and support the continuous improvement of our assets
  • Responding and taking action as a Level 2 expert in the event of asset incidents

You will work closely with our internal consumers and partners to ensure the smooth operation of our data warehouse and the delivery of high-quality data to our stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in supporting and maintaining IT tools and environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Business Technology Management, or the equivalent
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data analysis
  • Experience manipulating and using databases
  • Experience managing cloud operations (AWS)
  • Knowledge of ETL (DataStage), microservice & API (Java) processing tools, and automated deployment (Jenkins) and code versioning (Git) tools

Language

We require proficiency in both French and English, as you will need to communicate with our service providers and partners who speak a language other than French.
