Job Description:

We are inviting applications for the role of Technical Lead, Site Reliability Engineering Expert. In this position, you will be responsible for coding, testing, and delivering high-quality deliverables. You should be willing to learn new technologies and lead a team of SREs in implementing and operating IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee IT Infrastructure Management Services, Service Delivery Management, IT Operation Management, Project Management, Multi Cloud Delivery Management, Transitioning IT services, and Account Management.
  • Work with Automation/DevOps, Change Management, and ensure all automations/configurations are moved to Steady State for BAU operations.
  • Governance with the team to ensure incidents on post-build/implemented automations are effectively addressed/remediated as per agreed SLAs.
  • Identify opportunities to continuously streamline and develop automations to minimize incidents.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for automations/infrastructure.
  • Work closely with other engineering teams to ensure IT infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and secure.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

  • Familiarity with job scheduling tools (Autosys) and version control tools (Perforce/Clear Case).
  • Strong understanding of server, storage, MQ, and application technologies (Java, shell scripting).
  • Proficiency with Linux and strong SQL databases experience such as Sybase, DB2, Oracle, able to search log files and compose SQL queries.
  • Network diagnostic skills and experience with networks and real-time messaging technologies (multicast, TCP/IP, UDP, SNMP).
  • Strong scripting skills, like Perl, Python, or UNIX shell.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
