About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Operations Manager to join our team at BCAA. As a key member of our Roadside Assistance team, you'll be responsible for leading a dedicated team of Fleet Technicians who provide top-notch service to our members.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet, while also delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that drive high customer satisfaction scores and promote a culture of safety and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of Fleet Technicians
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve fleet efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage and maintain a safe and efficient fleet operation
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the automotive industry
  • Diploma in business management or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work varied hours, including weekends
