Lead Our Roadside Assistance Team

We're seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Road Assist Fleet. As a key member of our roadside assistance team, you'll be responsible for leading a dedicated team of Fleet Technicians who help us deliver exceptional service to our members.

About the Role:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of Fleet Technicians.
  • Support and cultivate a 'Safety First' culture through regular roadside visits with Fleet Drivers.
  • Hold overall performance and accountability for Fleet Driver operational KPIs, encompassing both towing and service aspects.
  • Foster a culture of belonging and unity within the fleet and management, promoting good team engagement.
  • Execute strategies to consistently achieve high customer satisfaction scores, measured through NPS/CSI metrics.
  • Procure and maintain necessary tools and equipment for Fleet Drivers, ensuring safety and efficiency through vendor negotiation and inventory management.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the automotive industry, with prior supervisory experience.
  • Diploma in business management, or equivalent experience.
  • A certification in Automotive Mechanical repair, or equivalent work experience.
  • Comfortable using technology, including working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work varied hours, including weekends.
  • Willingness to travel locally to support BCAA technicians as required.
