Grant Manager

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Grant Manager to join their team. As a Grant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of the team to ensure the needs of clients are met and their problems resolved.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and enforce optimal service standards and templates
- Manage and lead a team, setting KPIs and ensuring proper training and business processes
- Work closely with key stakeholders and align with the Client Success Director
- Fully bilingual (English and French)
- 3+ years in a senior contributor role
- Superior written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated and able to drive and balance a team
- Ideally previous grant management or membership experience
- Previous experience working in an academic environment
