Customer Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Care Coordinator to join our team at Mattamy Homes. As a key member of our Customer Care Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the best homeowner experience is delivered at every opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and distribute construction notices to homeowners, ensuring they are informed of the status of their home.
- Process amendments, critical dates, and deposit confirmation letters, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Document and save all correspondence and notices sent to homeowners in electronic purchaser files, ensuring easy access and reference.
- Assist Customer Care Specialists during periods of high call/email volumes and absences, ensuring phone calls are answered live and all emails are acknowledged within our standard Customer Care Department practices.
- Collaborate with internal departments to problem-solve and share customer feedback, driving continuous improvement and excellence in customer care.
- Post-secondary degree/diploma attained.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Experience working within a customer service experience role.
- Strong computer skills in MS Office, in particular Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to recognize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining a positive attitude and flexible work style.
