Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Care Aide to join our team at Northern Haida Gwaii Hospital in Masset. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care to our clients, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of client care in accordance with established policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Work under the functional direction of a Registered Nurse or other designate.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal patient care.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to clients and their families.
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate of $29.83.
  • Shift rotation/Hours of work: Days - 07:00 to 15:00 rotating.
