**Job Summary**

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with excellent leadership and communication skills. They will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring that all food safety protocols are followed.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision

- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation

- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization

- Maintain inventory levels, including food, supplies, and equipment

- Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety regulations

**Requirements**

- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role

- High school graduation certificate

- Safe Food Handling certificate

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail

- Physically demanding role, requiring standing for extended periods and repetitive tasks

**What We Offer**

- Competitive salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year (estimated)
