Sura Korean BBQ Cuisine: Senior Cook Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cook to join our team at Sura Korean BBQ Cuisine. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals to the highest standards, while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef, ensuring that all dishes meet our high culinary standards.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and consistency throughout the kitchen.
  • Kitchen Operations: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Leadership: Manage kitchen operations, providing guidance and support to junior staff members to ensure that they meet their full potential.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively train and lead a team.
