About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at 401 Dixie Volkswagen. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow up on all leads from various sources to identify sales opportunities.
  • Meet individual and departmental sales goals by promoting new business and contributing to the company's customer base.
  • Provide a superior customer experience by exceeding customer expectations and demonstrating a high level of product knowledge.
  • Set and achieve monthly productivity goals by planning and organizing sales strategies.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all vehicle models and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Requirements
  • Effective negotiation skills with the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers.
  • Positive Can-Do Attitude.
  • Industry experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
