About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BarBurrito. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Quality Control
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
