Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at WILD WINGS. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and front-of-house areas.
Key Responsibilities- Food and Supply Management
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high standards of quality and freshness.
- Staff Training and Development
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Work Scheduling and Supervision
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language
- Fluent in English.
- Work Environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with exposure to odours.
