Job Title: Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Officer to join our team at Beedie. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing support in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Provide information and services to employees, including employee assistance and counseling.
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements for job openings.
  • Collect and screen applicants, and review candidate inventories.
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and notify applicants of results.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Arrange training for staff and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
