Human Resources Implementation Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Implementation Specialist to join our team at ADP, Inc. As a key member of our Implementation organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality payroll and HR solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Implementation: Implement and set up ADP's Workforce Now (WFN) methodology for clients, ensuring accurate and compliant HR system configurations.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal team members on HR configuration, analysis, and testing.
- Training and Development: Assist in designing and delivering training programs for clients and internal team members on WFN implementation methodology and Time system configurations.
- Project Support: Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction. Identify and prioritize project tasks, allocate resources, and track progress against project milestones.
- Risk Management: Identify and escalate critical issues to senior leadership as necessary. Develop and implement contingency plans to address potential project disruptions.
- Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and project delivery. Provide regular updates on project status, issues, and resolutions.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality control processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in payroll implementation projects.
- Mentorship: Assist in mentoring and supporting less tenured team members in their technical development.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of human resources experience or relative field
- Effective communication: verbal and written skills in English & French
- Excellent client management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work mentor, be resourceful, and be a strong team player.
