Key Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets for Custom Brands Group products, programs, and services across assigned customer channels.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless sales processes and achieve business objectives.
- Reporting: Submit timely and accurate sales reports, work plans, and expense reports to support business decision-making.
- Experience: 3+ years of outside sales, field sales, or business development experience in the consumer goods industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Skills: Excellent customer interface and presentation skills, strong organizational and follow-up skills, ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.
- Travel: 70% travel requirement, including overnight travel, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Competitive Compensation: Annual base salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 CAD, plus monthly commission.
