Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Best Western Regency Inn. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our hotel staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
- Customer Service: Assist guests with special needs, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Inventory and Supplies: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked and efficient hotel operation.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
