Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Best Western Regency Inn. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and leading a team of hotel clerks to achieve exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Operations and Administration: Coordinate and review work, maintain computer systems and equipment, and requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent communication skills, client focus, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Permanent Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week.
- English Language: Work language is English.
