What You'll Do
As a member of our Corporate Communications team, you will:
- Maintain and update media contact lists to ensure accurate, targeted outreach.
- Schedule and manage media interviews, prepare briefing materials, and handle logistics for seamless execution.
- Support outreach to journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure media coverage for Clio's key initiatives.
- Draft press releases, briefing notes, and pitch materials; collaborate with creative and social media teams for alignment.
- Monitor industry trends and media conversations to identify opportunities for Clio's spokespeople.
- Assist in developing newsletters, announcements, employee updates, statements, FAQs, and public-facing materials.
- Monitor media mentions, assess impact, and compile reports highlighting key placements.
- Help coordinate internal and external meetings, manage communications workflows, and assist with ad hoc projects.
