About This Role
This exciting opportunity has arisen within our Corporate Communications team, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping Clio's brand awareness, credibility, and public perception. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, building connections, and spotting opportunities to elevate our brand storytelling.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update media contact lists to ensure accurate, targeted outreach.
  • Schedule and manage media interviews, prepare briefing materials, and handle logistics for seamless execution.
  • Support outreach to journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure media coverage for Clio's key initiatives.
  • Draft press releases, briefing notes, and pitch materials; collaborate with creative and social media teams for alignment.
  • Monitor industry trends and media conversations to identify opportunities for Clio's spokespeople.
  • Assist in developing newsletters, announcements, employee updates, statements, FAQs, and public-facing materials.
  • Monitor media mentions, assess impact, and compile reports highlighting key placements.
  • Help coordinate internal and external meetings, manage communications workflows, and assist with ad hoc projects.

What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • 1-2 years of experience in communications, public relations, or media relations.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling stories.
  • Experience managing media lists, pitching stories, and coordinating interviews.
  • Experience working cross-functionally on teams for internal and/or external communications planning.
  • The ability to track, analyze, and report on media coverage and PR performance.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
