Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide critical support to the President & CEO and the Executive Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and project-based support, including research, analysis, and preparation of executive-level documents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the President & CEO and the Executive Team, including preparing meeting materials, coordinating events, and managing correspondence.
- Conduct research and analysis to support the development of strategic plans and business initiatives.
- Prepare and present project materials for key external and internal meetings.
- Manage governance records, documents, and processes, including supporting the Board governance team.
- Develop and monitor regulatory compliance checklists to ensure assigned projects comply with federal, provincial, and governing regulations.
- Office or Business Administration certificate/diploma or other relevant post-secondary education.
- 5+ years of administrative experience at a senior level, including experience leading an administrative support team.
- Excellent organizational skills, flexible and able to multi-task, with demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities.
- Outstanding grammar and proofreading skills, with advanced Excel and Microsoft office skills.
