Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide critical support to the President & CEO and the Executive Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and project-based support, including research, analysis, and preparation of executive-level documents. This role requires excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the President & CEO and the Executive Team, including preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Conduct research and analysis to support the development of executive-level documents, including reports, presentations, and briefings.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of project materials for key external and internal meetings.
- Manage special projects on behalf of the Executive Team, including coordinating with stakeholders and tracking progress.
- Develop and monitor regulatory compliance checklists to ensure assigned projects comply with federal, provincial, and governing regulations.
- Office or Business Administration certificate/diploma or other relevant post-secondary education.
- 5+ years of administrative experience at a senior level, including experience leading an administrative support team.
- Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
