About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Service Drug Ltd. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our pharmacy team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that our pharmacy meets the highest standards of quality and compliance, including adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and development, and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as pharmacy or business.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role in a pharmacy or related industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
