Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Knight Signs is seeking a skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our recruitment and staffing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and analyze staffing requirements to inform recruitment strategies
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment and selection processes
  • Provide HR support to managers and employees, including employee relations, benefits administration, and training coordination
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
