Job Title: Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team at Potential Security Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications and requirements.
  • Provide guidance to job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to develop and implement staffing policies and procedures.
  • Recruit and hire staff to meet the needs of the organization.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and efficient with a strong attention to detail.
