Job Title: Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Officer to join our team at Knight Signs. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our management team and ensuring the effective implementation of our HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and provide recommendations to management.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate records of employee information, including personnel files and benefits enrollment.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide support for employee onboarding, offboarding, and other HR-related processes.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Post-secondary education in human resources or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including employment standards and human rights.
