Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Normand's Restaurant. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and ensuring a tidy workspace.
  • Drink Recommendations: Provide recommendations on drink selections to guests, taking into account their preferences and dietary restrictions.
  • Payment Processing: Collect cash, credit/debit cards, or other payment methods for beverages sold.
  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to order.
Requirements
  • Availability: Be available for shift or on-call work, as needed.
  • Work Authorization: Be legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Residency: Currently reside in proximity to the advertised location.
  • Experience: Have previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
