Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate administrative services, including budgeting and financial reporting
- Collect and record administrative and service fees, ensuring accurate and timely payment
- Assist in preparing annual budgets, including forecasting and financial planning
- Conduct research and analysis to inform business decisions
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
- Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures, ensuring adherence to established standards
- Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees, evaluating administrative services and providing recommendations for improvement
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective team performance
- 5-10 years of experience in inventory management or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- MS Office and database management skills
- Experience with accounting software and electronic mail
