Job Summary

The Inventory Manager will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, collecting and recording administrative and service fees, and assisting in preparing annual budgets. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate administrative services, including budgeting and financial reporting
  • Collect and record administrative and service fees, ensuring accurate and timely payment
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets, including forecasting and financial planning
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures, ensuring adherence to established standards
  • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees, evaluating administrative services and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective team performance
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in inventory management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS Office and database management skills
  • Experience with accounting software and electronic mail
